  I got one of these a few weeks ago for the same price - didn't realise it was a deal!

  I'm pretty happy with it for the price, sturdy enough for my headphones (Technics EAH-A800) but I guess if you've got heavier ones, particularly with a boom mic on one side, they might be a little more unstable.

  My only negative is I wish the top support was a little more flexible, so that it curves with the shape of the headphone frame more, as currently it leaves dents in the headphone padding.

      It should be fine with wired headphones unless yours are unusually tall, or the cable exit point is really rigid - mine holds my headphones with about 3cm between the bottom of the earcups and the base of the stand.
