  I would recommend getting one with removable/reversible hot plates. I have one and it is the best appliance I've ever owned, I cook everything on it, and then just toss the hotplates in the dishwasher for awesome clean up

      I have a eurochef, this model I think, my criticisms are that it is a bit expensive and cleaning the grease trap is awkward.
