    There's a few books I really want to get to get but they are backorder only. I don't think this will work unless they are shipped soon. I've had some books that were on backorder take months and months to fulfill.

      Used topcashback in the UK for years, had about 50% success rate. Could book a bunch hotels.com hotel nights for a trip and maybe half of them pay out months later, the rest declined. No difference between transactions, always careful to check T&Cs.

      Point 2 is in regards to Amazon promotional credit, which when checking out would say 'Use your $20.00 Promotional credit'.

      Finally got the cashback confirmation yesterday and $10 bonus after submitting a claim for not tracking in July. I also contacted the rep but it didn't make a difference to the claim process.

          The cashback is separate to the $10 bonus. When claim is approved, you will be asked to accept the cashback (% of what you purchased) and $10 bonus will follow

      Hey @raspberrry, Welcome to TopCashback! Amazon tend to track their items seperately, so adding ineligible cashback items in your basket, shouldn't affect your eligible items from tracking.

        I went ahead and placed an order on the Amazon AU website, but it turns out the book is being shipped from Amazon US 🙄. The promo information clearly stated it's applicable only for purchases made on the Australian "website". However, there's a twist: I didn't even use the Amazon US website for the order; I used the main Amazon Australia website. So, I believe I should still be eligible, right? Just let me know if I need to cancel the order; I only made the purchase because of this promo.

      Yes. Its often a week or two past the returns timeframe for the retailer - the retailer wont pay the cashback place until they are sure it is a sale (and not something returned for a refund), and the cashback place won't pay you until they got paid themselves.
