  How many ram and m2 slots in the motherboard? the site says 2 and 1 but when i look for the mentioned mb it says otherwise.

  This PC will be shipped without an operating system, you will need to install one by your own means.

  So be ware that you need to know how to install the OS, the drivers, do the final testing and troubleshooting, if needed.

      OK now it makes sense, they install it and that is the way it should be because there are too many components' drivers to install and to check the whole system for eventual issues.
      I guess you'll have a functional time limited or trial (not sure about Win11) Win11 that you can validate with the key.

        You can use it indefinitely with some feature limitaitons and a reminder/watermark.

        std practice for most of these guys that don't get Dell level OEM windows discounts… and many customers have a license or buy one cheaper elsewhere.

We are installing the Linux Mint OS, on which we have done all driver installation and system stress testing. It is a very functional and user friendly OS. We are also providing instructions for customers to install Windows if they need them.
