yea your gpu would bottleneck any game you play unless you're running on a 480p 500hz monitor lol.
How is the bottlenecking and at what resolution if you don't mind me asking? I'm thinking of getting a 7600 with my xtx7900, for 4k but worried I might be losing alot of performance from nkt getting x3d
Its worth if you play a lot of MMOs (WoW/FF14), Simulation (Factorio/Stellaris), or open world type games where the CPU plays a huge factor. Else, just get the 7600.

Wait for a deal on 5600, 5700X or 5800X3D - all AM4 motherboards support the 5000 series with a bios upgrade - I'm running a 5700X in a X370 motherboard with zero issues.
Get a cheap 5600 with the cooler. Big improvement over previous generations without need for excessive cooling or upgrading everything else.

If U want it now, that's a good price however if U can hold til next gen it might be a better option. After pay sale is happening soon so might see some better prices there too.

If I liked 10 benchmarks where it beats 13700 in most games, would that change your mind? Or just is straight up often the best gaming CPU?
A few fps ain't worth all the headaches imo, or the latency everywhere else 👍.
