Their marketing budget is $2000 then.
Plus Facebook ads aren't cheap, they are actually fairly expensive. I bet they spent at least tens of thousands of dollars on Facebook ads for this campaign alone.

I tagged & commented when there was only 100 likes. Later my friend post commented when 600 likes and still, he got the code. Before that I was later and got but he did not.
So its random 1k people I believe or may be first 1k relevant comments from their side. I believe.
