Have used these on clients sites to move parts around, They are ok.

Not too sure i'd trust them with their weight ratings, i used it to transport photocopier parts around a job site and the baskets had a lot of flex.

  • Injection-moulded plastic…. nothanks

    • How do you prefer your plastic moulded?

      • I prefer pressed steel.

Plastics' low tensile and compressive strength, makes plastic a poor choice for trolleys.

My tongue-in-cheek question turned on it's head. But I am now engaged. I'm not invested either way but…

Those new plastic supermarket trolleys seem okay. Surely the bean counters have done the calcs?

          Different race-cars for different racetracks?

          • @afoveht: The new woolworths small plastic trolleys are 90L, compared to old ones that are 100L. Very obviously another one of their tricks to getem you to shop more frequently

the big plastic ones are 180L still however, same as old metal ones.

@afoveht: I want things that last. Not end up at landfill in a few years.

Supermarket trolleys are different kettle of fish, their trolleys are fiber reinforce plastics that are thick af.
Definitely different race cars for different race tracks.

  • Not a bad double pram even for my porky pumpkins

  • These are great units. We have a few at work (IT) moving rigs and screens etc. No issues. Not made for super heavy items but very useful for many tasks.
