Hi Ozbargainers,

Good news in that I was able to secure more Mometasone stock from another supplier which rolled in just in time and I was able to collect it from the Pharmacy yesterday for tonight deal. Last weeks mometasone nasal spray deal sold out in under a day hopefully those who missed out have a chance with this restock. The brand on offer this week is Sensease which is exactly the same dose, package size, active ingredient etc as last weeks deal (also the same as the Originator brand). I've only been able to assemble 35 bundles - but would like to thank Pharmacy Action for their direct support to make this deal possible by supplying a batch of Cetirizine at an amazing price.

Bad news is I've spent the afternoon following up chargebacks which have been awarded against us - or we cannot defend due to not being able to provide tracking (ie. We're going to lose soon) - I spoke to around 30 clients, 20 or so were understanding, 9 probably are genuine thieves who know how to "work the system" and 1 I actually lost my cool with (we made up by txt message afterwards, and I'd like to publicly apologise to H if he is reading)

I'm really reaching out for assistance from the Ozbargain community on this one.

If you purchase from me and don't receive a confirmation email - this is due to either operator error our end (Shopify tends to uncheck many boxes in the back end every time it updates itself, including auto sending of confirmation emails on dispute OR it means you haven't supplied an email address (which we do not require to help those who don't want to share too much info remain as private as possible - but again we may have to change our stance if clients don't supply an email addresses AND also complain / lodge chargebacks if we don't email them). If you have provided a mobile number and not an email address, you should receive a text message. If your receive either the wrong item or the wrong quantity - this is generally operator error our end. If you have been waiting for 5-6-7 working days, please do not open a dispute typical delivery by Australia Post to many areas is still pushing 10 working days or more, some folks receive their items faster - some a little slower, please be patient. I agree its ridiculous and slow and not good enough - but getting cranky with me doesn't make Aussie Post deliver any faster and opening a charge back and standing by your "moral right to keep the item and a refund due to slow delivery" (as someone told me today) just because your item is late - just hurts.

Disputes and chargebacks across platforms are now "costing" pharmacysavings over $1000 per month, the only way to cover off on this is to increase prices. As we don't sell at retail pricing, the contingency for refunds/chargebacks is currently zero, I'm really hoping to keep it that way but can only do so with community support.

My commitment to Ozbargainers is that I will replace any lost items. I am hoping your commitment to me is that chargebacks will only be opened as a last resort from Ozbargainers.

      Sadly I'm sure it will continue unless those 9 people can be stopped, which they won't be able to be. Without a tracking number it's going to continue to happen. Question is I guess is enough profit being made to offset those who continue to fraud the system.

    As a fellow Adelaidean, I’ve never had an issue with your products or delivery.
    Anything for just bulk hayfexo? I have bad hayfever and haven’t tried anything else but telfast/Hayfexo and seems to work for me.
    If not I’ll just grab a multipack as it’s pretty cheap anyway.

        Tablets were sealed, not opened. Just the boxes were opened. No real issues, just had to put them back into the boxes.

      IME, the last time I ordered one box of tablets from Pharmacy Savings, it arrived flat packed ie tablets were outside of the box and the box was flattened, but tablets were sealed.

      My point is that I don't think there's a "middle man" (and definitely no customs as these guys ship from Adelaide), but it's how they save on postage and can offer these prices. Honestly, I was pretty happy to receive my order this way given that delivery was free and I got a great deal on the product.

      They note in some combos that they will come flat packed. i.e the boxes are folded so that they fit in a pouch. You can still request a sachel though.

      I don’t really care either way.

      That's how they send them for free postage (so not Aus Post checking - they are slow because they are shit). Only takes a few minutes to put them back in.

      They also have the option to send in the boxes and pay for postage.

    Sucks to hear about the charge back stuff mate.
    Never had an issue with an order from you guys.
    Mine are usually closer to 10 days but that is fine for free IMO.

    I have never seen an online shop not require email or phone so I would recommend not having that as an option.
    You are selling normal pharmacy stuff nothing that needs high level of privacy.

    Sorry you have had to deal with shitheads (including mods). Your deals are great and I'm glad you post here.
