Hi Ozbargainers,

I've had a few messages from larger quantity antihistamine consumers over the past week asking for a mega deal to get them through the upcoming spring. I've assembled a deal using items on huge supplier promo at the moment. I've also secured an ongoing price on a different nasal decongestant (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oxymetazoline) which a couple of clients have also asked for. This combo is easily over >$120 in price at a brick and mortar store and I don't think anyone online can come close with shipping. Old mate over at Pharmacy Action also provided some short dated Loratadine 10mg with my latest order as a bonus, again happy to pay it forward an include this with the bundle today.

Item:

  • 100x Trust Loratadine (Exp: End June 2025)
  • 70x Dr Reddys Fexofenadine 180mg (Exp: End December 2025)
  • 70x Dr Reddys Cetirizine 10mg (Exp: End February 2024)
  • 96x Pharmacy Action Ibuprofen 200mg (Exp: End December 2024)
  • 100x ApoHealth Paracetamol 500mg (Exp: End April 2025)
  • Nasal Decongestant, Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride (200 Sprays), Exp: End 12/25)
  • BONUS ITEM 10x Loratadine 10mg (Exp: End September 2023 - Short dated)

Pharmacy savings is great. Why u not do prescriptions like super pharmacy / healthy pharmacy does?

We gave it a bit of a go - but many clients ordered but failed to upload their e-scripts, we probably need to refine the system a little. Now that 60 day scripts are kicking in we'll have to try a few new things to keep the bills paid.

      • Would love to support you and I’m sure the ozbargain community would love to well. Just model it off superpharmacy. Their interface is pretty basic but does the job.

        lol

Do you have anything for HIVES? I'm thinking along the lines of manuka honey.

  • Anyone used this specific nasal spray and compared it to the Mometasone one?

Sinus issues year round for ref, quite severe around hayfever season.

Oxymetazoline works almost instantly to open up the nasal passages and give relief - but can only be used for a short period (a few days, with a rest for a few days), otherwise you'll get a horrible rebound effect when you stop using it. It also only really treats the symptoms, and doesn't address the cause. The mometasone can be used much longer term, and ideally a week or so before symptoms start as it can take some time (a few days or longer) to kick in. It helps to stop the histamine release so you don't get the inflammation in the first place. If things are really bad you might need both — use the oxymetazoline as the plan b for emergency relief!

Oxymetazoline is good if you want fast results but you can't use it for more than 3 days in a row. Doing so might give you rebound congestion.

Mometasone takes longer for results but can be used longer term without the rebound effect.

  • Too slow on the nasal spray. Bugger.

I've added 1 more for you (I have stock, its just not sustainable to sell at that price at the moment)

      • Bloody hell someone sniped it as I was checking out!

        • Sorry mate, try again. Ready, set, got another one, what are the chances.

          • @Travelbug: Got one!

Jason must be adding them periodically ha.

            • @Blu: Yeah I figured someone else jumped in - I added 4 more… that's it though as the Fexo 10's are now oos.

  • @jason101 could you please confirm the expiry date of the Trust cetirizine and Chemists’ Own C-Zine on your website? I’m looking for something longer dated than the Feb 24 ones on this deal.

    • @jason101
What are the expiry dates for the current stock of Dr Reddy's Cetirizine, Chemist Own C-Zine and Trust Loratadine? Looking for longer expiry dates than Feb 2024 please.

Is there any codes for these as well please?

  • Thanks mate, ordered and so happy to see already have postage tracking number.
    Outstanding as always

Thanks, grabbed myself some Trust Fexit.

Unrelated question: is it possible to get any lactose-enzyme medicines (e.g lacto free, lacteeze)? Or are there just not the suppliers for it?

    • Second on this, would love a good reliable lactase supplier.

  • Do you have something good here for an extremely runny nose?

  • Can you take any of the hay fever tablets together, or is it 1 a day?

  • What's the relevance of paracetamol and ibuprofen to hayfever?

    • Hayfever gives me a cranking headache when its bad and generally just makes me feel rundown and horrible

    • Well, it is generic pain killer. I got sinus and found paracetamol / ibuprofen help to relief the headache.

I found this medication was good with side effects like headache and a blood nose. I stoped them and just went with a good Hepa purifier and I haven't had issues since. Some times medication does more harm than it cures, cough covid vaccine cough cough.

    • It is written in the list of side effect, if the side efect bother you, you could easily consult with your doctor to get the alternative. These are the reason why a lot of different medicines to treat the same symptom, because each body react differently.
For you, maybe HEPA filter help, not for other people who could not live without this medicine.
I myself, got different alergic reaction to one of the ingredient, but not the other. It is easy to just avoid and choose other medicine that didnt contain those ingredient.

  • Hi everyone - all of todays orders for the headline are packed and ready to go, please check your email for tracking details, if you did not receive tracking details its most likely you declined to provide an email address at checkout (no problem) if you provided a mobile number you should have received an SMS with tracking OR users can log in to the pharmacysavings website to check their tracking status.

I have 8 sets left so stock has been added to the system.
