  • valid for pickup?

    • Nope already tried that as there's a Betty's next door to my work and it would be pointless to ask for delivery.

Must be just you, I picked up a $1 betty's burger during doordash $1 weekend.

        • +6

That's a different offer though right?

          • +2

@Chivalry: The restaurant either offers pick up or it doesn't, regardless of what you order/the promo.

I checked my closest Betty's now and pick up is available.

My local Bettys makes horrendous burgers, seeing all those upvotes I reckon other stores must be much better then.

    • +2

Yeah my experience was pretty poor even if they're not that expensive.

      • +2

It’ll sound weird but I’d rather order a couple of whoppers from Hungry Jacks, pay full price (not use the vouchers) and just ask them to make’em fresh. They surprisingly come out to be soo good.

        • +4

I find whoppers to be the best burgers I have tried. Excluding those overpriced ones in good restaurants.

          • +5

@Jared17: Looks like the burgers really are better at Hungry Jacks lol

          • @Jared17: Best you have tried from cheap fast food places? Or from any burger place? I find bespoke burger places much better.

          • @Jared17: Seriously?
They are mass produced lowest quality highest profit margin garbage… It's hard to get a worse burger than HJs.

        • +2

Maybe it's your store, or maybe smash burgers just aren't your thing. I hate hjs and love Betty's. Might just be a preference difference.

    • Same, very lacklustre burgers.

  • +2

    The burger thing is over.

    • +2

      Never!

  • +2

Came to $16 delivered with service fee, not too bad.

  • Mmm…last time I had Betty's, I wasn't that impressed, prefer YOMG.

  • What a waste of time. Waited almost an hour but the order never arrived. Had to cancel.

Reading through the comments, I might have dodged a bullet

this place sucks. the burgers are overpriced and mostly shit. just go to HJ - same quality

  • +1

Just had mine having never had Betty's before. While the chicken tenders I swapped to were meh, I also changed my burger to a double and the meat was charred on the outside while still juicy on the middle. With smoky streaky bacon it was absolutely delicious. Nowhere near the quality of HJ's lol.

  • Surprised this gets so many upvotes - their food is awful.
