i got mine during the 24.00 promotion, but with insurance and some paypal tax it added up to 28, which is ok still under 30
but the game is NOT new or sealed
its not sealed, and some of the booklet has bent pages, and some of the pictures has scraped off the booklet
since this is an old thread, i will update on the next mwave promotion to warn others
i'm not dealing with this ship things back and forth wasting my time and shipping money
waste of time and effort… i ordered and paid for it successfully after seeing this post but mwave have just sent me an email (it took them a week!) saying discontinued and are now going to process a refund… Mwave online system is crap as it can't keep and allocate inventory so the site 'stock status' is useless…
why would you go ahead and buy it after i gave everyone a warning ?

trust me, its better then what i got, 'new and sealed' total BS
there was no seal and the booklet looks like someone used it for skiing, well not that bad, few scrapes on the edgesit looks like something thats been sitting in the bargain bin for a year with no seal, a few bumps on the case, theres even some brown stains in those unreachable places on the case, my guess is that someone bought it, finished the game on the weekends and refunded it, but how these guys pass for a 'new and sealed' despite not having a seal is beyond me, not to mention the brown stains and scruffy looking booklet
