The offer of 40% off the standard retail price of a More nbn® plan for 12 months is only available to eligible Yello customers that are part of the Home Owner benefit set (see section 5), who do not have any current More services, and who complete sign up between 3/08/2023 and 30/06/2024 by entering a unique offer code at checkout and using a CommBank credit or debit card as their online bill payment method.

The 12 discounted months is a promotional period that commences from the day your eligible nbn® service is activated. After this, the cost of your plan will revert to the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) current at that time, subject to an ongoing 10% discount off the plan RRP for as long as you use a CommBank credit or debit card as your online bill payment method. The RRPs of More nbn® plans are available on the More website and are subject to change in accordance with More’s Standard Form of Agreement.


Came across this while checking out the CBA Yello features.
It came with a code to verify the pricing.. not sure if this is a unique code or not.. The code is unique to you. Have confirmed through my partner's account and the code I see through their app is different to what I remember seeing from my account.
Unfortunately after clicking through to the deal and getting the prices, the offer isn't appearing in my available offers in Yello anymore and I can't confirm any other details. I remember seeing that this offer is available as long as you are an eligible Yello member and will run until some time in 2024 (April? Again.. can't confirm the dates as I can't see the offer anymore).

        That's with 40% off, 144 I consider expensive consider the current gigabit plan I'm on with home phone as well is only 109 a month

        • It would be a no brainer to NOT consider More at their standard pricing.

          • @SuiCid3: Pretty much, if someone is happy searching for a deal every X months then go for it. Still not a fan of these plans that offer cheaper prices for X months then jacked up when people forget about it. Gone are the days of offering good products at reasonable prices up front.

  • Legit service through Vocus backend or so my UDR tells me. Was on Superloop and moved… stable, reliable, fast. Customer for 3 months. I am on 1GB HFC NBN in Sydney. What does Associated tag mean? While I am a staff member of CBA I have nothing to do with this service other than a consumer of it.

    as someone who's been with them for 4 months, I had nothing but problems constantly, slow downs, 5mbps at night on a 250down connection..

    switched to aussieBB, it literally hasn't hitched once. buy cheap pay twice.

  • I am a CBA customer and have Yello activated but I don't and can't use the CBA app because I have a physical RSA token, which is unsupported by the app. Is there some other way I can find out my unique code?

    Fun fact, More Telecom is also the same as Tangerine. If you’re moving from Tangerine to More, you’ll be using exactly the same customer number or account number. Even the customer service lady is the same for both. (My own experience ) 😆

    • Plus if you your CASHREWARDS you get $65 back. I signed up back in July when they were offering $85 . Had just got FTTP connected by Telstra.
      Kept the telstra gen 3 modem and extenders - they not locked. Just need that little bit of knowledge to access modem (198. Etc - google modem address if anyone needs info).
      The customer service is good.

      Had problems the first couple of sundays, seemed to disappear- easy solution was just RESTART ( don’t reset as will lose the amendment you did when accessed modem to change the configuration from Telstra to More)

      My NBN box and Modem are in the garage so option is turn off both for 30 seconds and then give couple of mins for reconnection.

      I can also restart the Modem thought the 198. Modem connection address.

      I’m 50/20 and streaming in our house has been fine. 3 tvs streaming same time plus phs.

        Maintain the Accout with CBA card. I have a smart saver I think… $2k deposit monthly to avoid fees . Ha e set up auto dd from my other bank to the CBA saver. Then it’s auto dd’d back the next day. No fees.
        Have set separate dd for the $55 per month on 1st on month to cover MORE .

        Don’t need mortgage account. Any CBA account.

        Ps I also got $30 put into the account frim CBA Last week “thanks for being with MORE” !

  • Moved to Superloop recently from More as the latency and jitter have been horrendous during peak hour.

    Had no problem reaching acceptable speeds but gaming and VoIP suffered.

    I have refinanced my home loan to CBA in April but CBA told me that I am only eligible 30% discount not the free 3 years and not the 40% discount. CBA said those good offers are only availalbe for existing home loan customer not refinanced. Is that true please? Anyone out there got the better offer than 30% and just refinanced to CBA this year too? Thanks heaps.

    Other More offers (such as as the 3 months free) specifically mentioned if you've previously held a More service, you are no longer eligible for the offer.
    This particular 40% off offer doesn't mention anything about being a previous More customer, so technically you should be able to port back in and take advantage.
    Best to confirm with them directly though.
