    Some of these are targeted. I don't have the CW one for instance.

      Refer to the email you would have received most likely yesterday with the below title, that is unless you unsubscribed to them.

    I've never received these offers and I've been a cardholder for over 10 years. No idea where to change preferences to receive these e-mails (couldn't find anything on the app or both old and new online portals)

        I think it might be something to do with price protection - if you have it, you’re not eligible for cashback offers. At least that’s my theory.

      Similar. Am long time 28° cardholder.
      Have rung 28° to be told offers are targeted, nothing I can do to change that.

      Used app for first time. (Was using site.)
      In app settings it asked if I want to receive shopping offers… was set automatically to no😜
      Set to yes. Message has now disappeared.

        Yes if android go to middle tab says explore, then scroll to the very bottom. You will see it

          Pity Latitude didn't tell me that when I complained!

              @CyberMurning: Many have asked in Deals why they receive no offers & is there a setting. Latitude told me - no!

              Stumbled across it when adding the app to new phone tonight. Had previously given up on earlier Latitude app.

              Now to see if offers appear in emails…

              Since 28° was first recommended on Ozbargain over a decade ago, mainly used the card when travelling overseas. COVID changed my use. Rarely used now. So may not be targeted for offers.

          I tried setting up the latitude app on my phone but still don't see the option.

          Any idea why?

          Edit: reinstalled app, went to Explore tab, had to scroll down all the way to the bottom

        I get the emails, but in the app I have "Enable great offers" at the bottom. It then shows this so only seems to be for Explore tab offers in the app for me, not emails.

        However that also indicates there is somewhere in Support to change opt-in settings but I don't see anything. The only thing I've found is in the old OSC under contact details it says "To opt out of direct marketing call 1300 552 079 "

    28 degrees - lose your identity data and steal your cash. They still haven't returned money they stole as I was attempting to close my account and had withdrawn direct debit authority.
