  first time user of a vpn and purchased this. bbc iplayer and itv apps (which are uk) now let me download and log in, but just freeze and dont play at all. is that fairy common?

    Not good, that was in 2019 though so YMMV.

    I tried about 20 or 30 and ended up paying for ExpressVPN which was the only reliable one

  My transaction was captured but did not track. I submitted a query to Shopback. Got a message back from them stating that they expect confirmation from PureVPN by 4th Dec 23 (which falls outside the free cancellation window of 30 days).

  What to do now: Cancel PureVPN now or wait until the 4th of Dec 23? (Knowing Shopback they may make up some silly excuse in Dec and decline the cashback.)

  Any suggestions?

    Cancel and try again with the next promo. They come and go and it’s not worth taking the risk and getting burned.

    Next time try a clean browser (I use Chrome) to increase odds that tracking works.
