ResMed AirTouch Masks utilise UltraSoft Memory Foam Technology in their cushions.
These cushions are much softer than silicone (AirFit) Cushions, great for people with sensitive skin or pressure points. Leaves minimal marks in the morning. They also conform to each individual face which may create a better seal for users who may leak with traditional silicone CPAP masks.

  That's frustrating — literally my Resmed F20 mask just arrived yesterday from SOVE and I ordered a bunch of extra AirTouch F20 masks.

  I requested my F20 to be supplied with an AirFit F20 Silicon Mask but it arrived regardless with AirTouch F20.

    Airtouch F20/N20 can be swapped with Airfit F20/N20 cushions and vice versa only
