  • Had an issue with the form submission. Gutted I missed out as it's a bargain.

Also like the tower design too.

      • Can the PSU on these unit be change to a higher wattage so it can at least handle to 2080ti?

  • Purchased 1 :D

Have noticed that the front io port for the motherboard is very close to the top PCIE port. For me at least it meant to have the GPU I had to get rid of the front header connection.

Anyone found a work around without a smaller card obviously :P

got mine an unable to activate windows 10 Pro, troubleshooting returns message: “We found a windows 10 Home digital license for this machine running Windows 10 Pro. To activate using this digital license, you need to install Windows 10 Home.

I called support first guy told me OS is just pre installed an no license key, went to their website and FAQS says units sold indeed have a license so a called again and spoke to a different guy which has helpful and follow a bit of his instructions but still can't activate it. I was then told to just return it so that they can fix it which would take more that a week a again

    • Download media creation tool from Microsoft.
Create a Windows 10 USB installer with it.
      Install Windows 10 Home.

      Done.

    • I've got this same problem right now. Frustrating to say the least.

      • Hope you get it sorted. Kind of feels like I dodged a bullet as was after one of these but the rep never replied.

Yeah they were helpful over the phone. The PC has been sent back at their own expense to be fixed.
