Managed to pick up a S23 128GB for $634.60 this morning. Details below.

Instructions

Download trade up app on your trade-in device, when going through the checks, tell it that the screen is cracked. Depending on the device, it will say the trade-in value is $1. After going through this, you'll get the trade in voucher.

Obtain the newsletter and the loyalty voucher.

Add the phone to cart. The trade-in bonus will not appear until adding item to cart. This is also where you input the loyalty and newsletter voucher.

$50 Newsletter voucher through here(shop.samsung.com)

10% off Loyalty Code by emailing [email protected]. Alternatively call 1300 362 603, select option 9 on first screen, then option 4 on second screen, and explain to the rep that you want the loyalty discount.

The loyalty voucher is 10% off the price after trade-in discounts and before the $50 newsletter.

Ask for the 10% loyalty bonus because you're trading in, the 15% bonus will not stack.

I just bought Galaxy A54 for $550. Seems like the specs are basically the same. This phone has a smaller screen and smaller battery.

    As I pointed out the larger screensize and battery is what I care about which seems, which the A54 seems to be superior.

  I’d rather the 6.4 screen, 6.1 I found small each to own though. After having S22 6.1 and going to 6.4 was better for me. This is good deal if you’ve old phone, but who sees it anyhow. 3900 battery I’m not %100 sold on yet. With one ui 6 who knows also how it will effect phones. 5000 battery is less battery anxiety you still have a good phone. Always deals ahead can’t jump on everything 👍

Emailed the loyalty email and they requested my number to call me. Essentially it was a sales person call and I had to 'play the game' with the sale person. Eventually got the code out of them. Have 30 days to use the code so hopefully the other colours will be in stock by then.

I managed to place an order for the exclusive Graphite colour 128gb.
In the end I paid $638.20. Cashrewards was $23.21 (tracked $580.18). So in the end paid $614.99 - not bad :D

Oh my goodness this is a painful process. I'm stuck at the Asurion / Samsung trade in page where I provide my ID (done) and provide payment details for the security charge (also done). But when I click on 'continue' all I get is a rotating blue circle and then the same page remains. Anyone else? Any pointers for me?

Edit: I'm using Chrome on a Windows PC. But I had the same issue using the Cashrewards app on my Android.

OP, in the app, when I type in my address for the label, under Tell Us a Bit about yourself, the address autofills, but is left with a auto fill box hanging there, blocking the submit button that is greyed out. No way past that screen.

Manual address input results in the same thing.

    @kennef - mate it says S23 Ultra 256GB is for $1949. $300 upfront discount+S21 Ultra 128 GB trade-in is $360. So phone cost is $1289. Also either 10% loyality voucher code or Cashrewards CB is 10% i.e $128.90. So total phone cost is $1160.19. How did you calculated to $734.10? Can't stack 10% loyalty code and cashewards CB as well..it has to be one or the either. So Can I please check. Am I missing any discount here? Thanks
