How it works?
• 100% cashback at Chemist Warehouse means that TopCashback will refund 100% cashback when new TopCashback members up to spend $10 at Chemist Warehouse, or will refund $10 when new TopCashback members spend $10+.
• E.g. new members purchasing the “Oral B Toothpaste Pro Health” for $2.99, would receive $2.99 cashback.
• The 100% cashback at Chemist Warehouse start date is the 17/06/2023 and the offer end date is 30/10/2023 23:59.

What will stop me getting cashback?
• 100% cashback at Chemist Warehouse offer is only available for new members or those with no previous purchases or cashback through TopCashback.
• This offer can only be redeemed once per household on a first come first served basis. If a member applies for the offer from the same household as an already successful purchase, it will be declined.
• If the individual making the transaction is a new member, the individual must first register as a member of TopCashback, prior to redeeming the 100% cashback at Chemist Warehouse deal.

What else is essential?
• TopCashback reserves the right to end the 100% cashback at Chemist Warehouse deal at any time without notice. Purchases made after this time will not receive the cashback offer. This offer is limited to 5,000 redemptions on a first come first serve basis.
• Cashback earned in the 100% cashback at Chemist Warehouse deal will not progress to payable status until approximately 14 working days after the promotion end date subject to a successfully tracked purchase.
• Transactions may be made through desktops, tablets and mobile browsers.

Good to know
• Cashback earned in the 100% cashback at Chemist Warehouse deal will only be available for pay-out via BACS payment i.e. paid directly into the member’s bank account or via Paypal
• Cashback redeemed from the 100% cashback at Chemist Warehouse, is excluded from Tell-a-Friend promotion thresholds. (Please see Tell-a-Friend page for more details).
• This deal is wholly funded by TopCashback, not Chemist Warehouse.

      For existing members, we still have over 1000+ retailers that everyone can get cashback on. Because we pass on all the commission we earn to you as cashback, our offers tends to be highest cashback too :)

          Retailers will pay us an advertising flat fee to appear on promotional slots, including our homepage and newsletters and this supports our site and so allows us to pass on all the commission away to you as cashback.

      Have you ever seen promotions for existing customers from internet or mobile providers? I have experienced loyalty taxes from Optus to raise my internet and mobile plan costs by 30% each after with them for 6 years. Madness

        I think a better comparison is shopback or cashrewards who regularly have existing user deals. But yes usually existing members get shafted like Optus

    Will this stack with the referral bonus (for new members) at the top?

    There is no mention of not stacking with any other promos. However, previous comments show plenty of issues with TopCashback not honouring CB or CB not tracking despite all rules being followed.

      I had issues with Amazon not tracking during Prime Day in July. Haven't had Amazon issues with Cashrewards or ShopBack. Submitted a claim and got the cashback after waiting several weeks

    This top cashback is very bad in tracking, they are capable of tracking only the chemist warehouse. They missed my 3 eBay items and one hotel booking. Upon claims, they say to look into your account with no success at all. Bit dodgy.

        I didn't buy anything the first time I logged in as all I could see was the 5% cashback. Then I read replies to my comment and tried again using the link here and it went ok.

    For those of you who have had successful tracking of your CWH order after signing up via the link in this deal, how long did it take for your purchase to track?

    I guess I have been completely spoilt by CR's rapid tracking emails.

      In the past, CWH usually tracked in 24-48 hours. Not as quick as CR.
      Hope yours is tracked now. Otherwise best to contact the rep and submit a claim.

          Mine had tracked before collection.

          In previous promos, a few members here had issues with CWH not tracking and submitted a claim.

          Hopefully it will track soon.

          P.S. CWH no longer accepts gift cards as payment for cashback (same with Cashrewards and ShopBack)

            I never bother with CWH GCs. Just not worth the hassle for that small discount.

              Or when you sign in on home page, at the top right hand corner under 'Account', click on 'Customer Service', then 'Missing Cashback?', on the right side under Navigation 'Start a claim'

              They recommend to wait 7 days.

                TopCashBack AU came through after all, and the max bonus ($10) was manually tracked yesterday.

    Under the 'what else is essential' section, it states that: "Purchase must be completed immediately and wholly online".. Does this mean you cannot do local store pick up and must have the item/s delivered?

      It means you must pay for the items via the online channel in full, and not part-pay in store, or via other channels.
