They're absolutely great. They lack some features like multi device pairing, but if you don't mind swapping devices yourself, and need to save a few bucks, they do sound great. The ANC is not amazing, but it's very capable.
The batteries in these can actually be changed too without too much effort.
I’ve found the ANC to be excellent, way better than I expected. Didn’t know battery could be replaced, so good news!
Save your money
My refurbs are still going ok after 2 years. Occasionally have one side drop and have to just put it in the case and take it back out but apart from that no issues.
I had these, could not get them to stay in my ears. Returned them.
I upgraded to the WF-1000XM4s, which I absolutely love.
I would definitely spend the extra money for the 4s
Batteries are easily replaceable but it is also extremely easy for it to go wrong.
Do sony refurb come with new battery?

thanks, got these and came faulty with right bud not charging. seems to be a common issue.
I'm not quite sure… these are 2 generations old and the Bluetooth standard has moved quite a bit since. They were good when they first came out but it's been a long time since though.
