Valid for payments made by 11/11/2023 to be eligible for the offer.
Offer only valid for flights departing from Australia, which are paid for in Australian Dollars.
Excludes payments made for hotels, car rentals, airport transfers, and additional services.
Excludes payments made via third parties (including, but not limited to, travel agents, online aggregators or payment processors).
Excludes purchases through Thai Smile Airways, Thai Shop, Thai MICE, and Royal Orchid Holidays.
Excludes purchases made at the airport.
Offer is limited to one credit per Card to which the offer is saved and only spend on this Card counts towards the Offer.

    Personally, I wouldn't fly Thai Airways. My bro is still waiting on his refund since 2020. I doubt he will ever get it.

  • And just to illustrate perhaps how bad Thai Airways have treated their customers…. I recently had to cancel a return flight to Thailand that was booked with Scoot, for medical reasons. It took barely 21 days for them to provide a full credit for the flights, with no admin fees etc. Great job Scoot. Thumbs down to Thai Airways. They CAN do it, they choose not to.

  • Surely the United deal was for the velocity Amex cards as it would be a bit dumb recommending another airline without a Virgin codeshare
