    Personally, I wouldn't fly Thai Airways. My bro is still waiting on his refund since 2020. I doubt he will ever get it.

    And just to illustrate perhaps how bad Thai Airways have treated their customers…. I recently had to cancel a return flight to Thailand that was booked with Scoot, for medical reasons. It took barely 21 days for them to provide a full credit for the flights, with no admin fees etc. Great job Scoot. Thumbs down to Thai Airways. They CAN do it, they choose not to.

    Surely the United deal was for the velocity Amex cards as it would be a bit dumb recommending another airline without a Virgin codeshare
