it wouldn't be so bad, but hard keyboard not required. Just hard volume, mute slider, maybe a camera button. They take away hardware just to make manufacturing cheaper.

The Google Store also has it for $899. Generally when one of the suppliers drops the price on Google products, the Google Store will have the same deal.

If you are after an incredible camera phone and you carry a power bank or method of charging, this phone is awesome. If you want a flagship on the cheap, this might be a good choice. Otherwise, maybe consider something else that may fill those needs better.
I'm on my third P7P due to warranty issues, and if I could be l have been bothered, probably my fourth. I'm just getting another phone to daily, and will keep this in the photographic kit bag.
