  Avoid buying from this seller.

  I purchased a part from them at the start of the year, incorrect part was sent and they refuse to replace at their expense.

  I submitted reports with both Consumer Affairs Vic and the ACCC as they are in breach of consumer law.

      That's really bad, you should neg. If they are using OzB to make money off the community then customer service should be a step above, not a few steps below.

      Just looked at old posts & member @salamandersushi has also left negative feedback.
