Similar to my experience.
I waited 50 minutes for the first order, for the driver to pick up the food and cancel the order keeping the food.
A new driver gets assigned and when it gets delivered the seal is broken and the chips and one of my burgers was missing.

First time trying DoorDash with the free DashPass and discounted gift cards.
The driver was supposedly at HJ within about 20 minutes, but the ETA just kept getting delayed. After well over an hour (already ate in the meantime), I looked at the options and refunds.
Considered contacting the driver but they didn't accept messages through the app, which seems incredibly dodgy. But I can't imagine I would have gotten anything resembling the truth in any event.
Cancelled and got only the discounted amount refunded plus an additional $5 credit. Better than nothing although obviously not as good as a refund of the full pre-discount amount.
Will try again and see what happens.

DD support are real pr!cks. Got a $25 bettys burger and chips delivered cold cos my dasher delivered another one 'nearby' and showed up 20 mins late. Support gave me $7 credit and closed the chat. I started another one and he literally said 'I already gave you $7,what more do you want?'. I wanted the over inflated 13% service that i damn paid for.
After my credits are done, no more DD vouchers for me.
