    It seems that way. Maybe the rep is trying to avoid members bringing up Gshopper's history on here like warranty issues -

    Rubbish store support, bought a Trouver Power 11 died within 6 months. no response from this company

    got one, doesn't work after 1 week's use. I contacted them but they offered only 50% refund, that's after uploading photos & videos as evidence. Btw they're based in China so communication is as slow as communicating with someone on mars. Does anyone know how I can get 100% refund?

    I think if you're going to post here as a rep you've got to try a bit harder than that, neg.

    Edit - It appears they've already received a final warning about misleading posts.

  Looks like g-shopper is trying to reduce the number of overall negs for their store by disguising their store name as Banggood. Hopefully a mod will fix it and the overwhelming negs will finally ban this scam store.

  Edit: even g-shopper's website is dodgy, I can't proceed unless I accept cookies and the link to "cookie settings" just takes you to the "privacy policy" page which is blurred out until you accept the cookies, and has no selectable settings.
