      It should be OK but would depend on the OS you have decided to run Plex on, and what else you have the h/w doing at the same time.

          No problems at all. Would struggle if transcoding but if you're playing your 4k as 4k then you'll be good.

          (do read into the h264/h265 stuff though)

      I run Kodi on one of these to stream 4k video off a Jellyfin server and that works perfectly.

    To do 4k stream, please consider a very good heatsink plus fan, otherwise just too hot to touch the CPU, don't think it design for this situation, to do true 4k, consider refurbished PC plus GPU.
