The biggest problem of the phone is you can not select voip account (called realm in handbook) to make the cheapest (best quality) call. The manual states that "All outgoing calls will only be made using DECT line 1's topmost registered VoIP account by default (i.e realm 1). When DECT line 1 is being used for a call, the second call can be established using DECT line2's topmost registered Voip account." Everything is automatically and prioritized.
