Shows in stock at Bathurst, makes a nice road trip to Bathurst 1000 weekend, or to checkout the canola fields.

MyDeal is selling the STM GaN 35W Dual Port USB-C Power Adapter for $19.95 with free shipping. If you have simpler needs but need more power than 20W and you aren't near a Good Guys store, this might be a better deal. Don't forget to link your Woolworths Rewards number so you can get some points on the spend.

    • Never heard of ERUNTO. Was going to comment on the lack of Australian safety approvals, but they actually advertise being accredited by SAA so should be A-OK.

      • Though try reading that certificate. Their may be a bit of cheap amazon 'mfi certified lightning cable' lingo going on here. If a genuine Australian business also sells them, then that would be an indicator that a store is comfortable enough with their safety to stock them.

        • Yeah totally agree, it is a bit sus. STM is definitely more suitable given it is sold in major retail outlets.

Thanks OP. Bought one for pick up in Coffs Harbour.

    • Damn. Missed out. None left here in Coffs :/

  • I bought a 35W adaptor for recent travel - and found that it never charged via the USB-A or supposed high speed USB-B socket at more than maybe 1-1.5A x 5V = 5-7.5W for my older iPhone 6 or iPad or a newer iPhone 11 -

so I'm wondering if only newer devices might actually accept 35W - maybe the latest iPhones ? - or 65W might be a laptop ? - I use the direct power 2-3 pin plug to charge my laptop so dunno about USB -

as I've not seen it with ours, I'm wondering what devices might actually draw 35-65W to recharge ?

depends on the maximum charging speed of the device
