If this is a genuine question, I think it must be that this end of boutique fashion retail is just suffering right now. You either gotta be Kmart or Gucci to survive.
Depends what brands you like. I have found all of them the perfect style and quality for me. Granted I mostly buy on sale.
Might not be right for the OzBargain crowd but if I saw this deal on here I would jump on it, so I thought someone else might appreciate it.

A lot of the fancy designer gear looks like something the work experience kid would churn out because they can't read the patterns correctly and can't sow.

Got: asymmetric weird baggy things with the gauzy toilet curtain sown into sections, with a few open spots for "style" aka the kid ran out of thread.
Even at 40% off this is not a bargain, this is just plain overpriced clothing made to look "high class". Pass.

A closing down sale with a promo code? If it's closing down wouldn't they want to sell everything to everyone? Plus it's not even clear anywhere on the website it's closing down, this looks pretty scammy.

The closing down info was in an email. The sale is a private sale for subscribers. I shared the code for anyone else who might like these brands.
Was not expecting everyone to be so unfriendly. If you don’t like the brands, fine, move on? Plenty of people like Bassike etc but don’t want to pay $120 for a T-shirt (like me)

Maybe I am not in the know but I have never heard of these brands and no wonder they are going out of business. $545 for a tank top, $795 for business pants.. I dunno everyone is different when it comes to clothing but I cannot see how 40% off a $290 boob tube or $140 bikini brief is a bargain.
