Sorry no. Too the port in process is too confusing

  • Some are good value, but Man these plans are confusing.

I just want milk that tastes like real milk; i mean, plans that state their normal price up front.

Avoid, poor customer service after I managed to sign up to 2 consecutive plans due to their confusing website which switched my service from credit with no expiry to a 28 day expiry. I ended up going through the tio after several attempts to resolve directly and got my money back, avoid this bunch

  • The port in process is too hard mate requiring 2 phone calls to customer support. Also no MMS with Lycamobile, so can't send or receive photos via texts. Finally, internet is slow regardless how many bars you got on.

  • Beware that this company doesn't cancel mobile services until they're inactive for 3 months or more. I've currently got a complaint with TIO based on this.

I called them to get a throwaway SIM number cancelled, mainly because they SMS me every day at 3pm telling me to recharge the service. I haven't used it in months.
The 'customer service' operator said they don't have a cancellation policy but they end services after 90 or 120 days (the number of days changed twice over the conversation). They then read me a very long script that I couldn't understand because she read it so quickly. I asked 3 times what it meant and got nowhere. They also told me how to stop the SMS. I did that but of course it failed because I haven't used the service.

When the TIO wrote to them, a Lycamobile complaints officer wrote to assure me that they 'have begun the process of seeking approval to get the service cancelled' and asking me to be patient.

    No.

Their customer service agents don't know what VoLTE means and Telstra is shutting off 3G in June…

  • Better deal was 160gb for $3
