Probably about what it's worth - both lens are non-IS ie non Image Stabilised. Most deals for this kit are for the IS lens kit.

For an extra $50 of your hard earned cash; ~$700 gets you twin IS lens 550D/Kiss X4 kit (discontinued, but still some stock if you look really hard) or single IS lens 600D/Kiss X5. Both much better SLRs that are miles ahead in terms of features.
Price for 600D in link above is not bad at all.
the $50 is also worth the IS on both lenses, I believe both the lenses in this said deal (1100D) are non IS.
