The usual sucky exclusions

Penfolds and Dom Perignon products is ineligible for cashback, as of 11th August 2022.
First Choice Liquor orders paid partially or in full with any gift cards will be ineligible for cashback.

Cashback is not applicable for purchases made via the First Choice Liquor app

The weird thing is now the shopback banner is showing cashback of 20.5% but no mention of a cap,

so either its a complete mess of typos, or its 20.5% with no cap OR 25% with a $25 cap from 1PM-8PM

    i've seen it where the cashback rate changes during the same day, so its 20.5% right now and it should increase to 25% at1pm

    Since their minimum order for free shipping has increased from $100 to $150 to $200, it’s restrictive ordering from First Choice for delivery.

    Worse still, on the two last pick up orders I made, one had two of four items unavailable (despite orders being placed through their website which allegedly checks stock at each store) and the other had been cancelled when I went to pick it up after five days because “you took more than three days so we thought you changed your mind”. On a prepaid order?!

    On both occasions, I received no text or SMS to let me know, and refunds weren’t processed until after I attended the store to pick up and asked where my order/refund were.

    It might just be a poor local operation, but I’m avoiding First Choice from now on…

    I stacked with the "spend any store and get $5 cashback" bonus. Have to see if my husband's tracks ok. Used Flypay to pay, but it just kept saying to wait it was processing the payment. The payment and order went through (ordered direct through the Shopback app, but it never got out of the payment page through Flypay)….so, hopefully his tracks correctly

    If u use this product please:
    1. Set an alert for 7 day querying
    2. Alert for 60 to 120 day confirmation.
    3. Take a screenshot of proof.
    4. Keep details of cashback company used.
    5. Details of cashback percentage.
    6. Details of amount spent.
    They have not tracked my last 5 orders.

      i usually have better success with iphone app but yeah, make sure you screen shot every stage of the process

      SB used to work real well for me, these days it is a legitimate a form of gambling…they really need to lift their game and act upon the repeated issues raised in public customer feedback here on Ozbargain across the board - not just the old 'PM me and il will sort it out for you' on a case by case basis.

    Placed order at 6:43pm and tracked at 7:30pm
    Spend was $121 excluding shipping but cashback only tracked was $4.38. Weird

      get onto them about it….maybe PM gotyourback? I did mine not long after it upsized and mine was $3.07 for a $13.50 order, so mine was correct. I also snagged the spend anything, get $5 bonus.

      Same. Got a wrong cashback amount. Same shows online. Contacted them, and they put through an adjustment. Still way lower than what it should be. Same shows online.

    I ordered after 10pm last night and it was still 20.5% and got confirmation of CB.
