        It seems to be a waitlist for the 50% coupon. If someone doesn't buy their fridge with the coupon within 3 days it will go to the next person on the waitlist.

  Aren't LG fridges, in particular those with the water and ice dispensers, highly unreliable? And from what I've heard and read dealing with LG support is also very difficult.

    Yes we have one at home and the water dispenser sometimes doesn’t stop when you press it lol

    My parents have an LG fridge with water and ice dispenser that is 20+ years old and still going, has only needed a fan replaced in that time. I also have a an LG with water and ice that is 11 years old, zero issues. Only 2 examples I know, but I'd buy another LG tomorrow without a second thought

  I do somewhat agree with the negs, that a waitlist isn't really "in stock" in this case, as it's more like a competition - you have a small chance to 'win' the discount code, rather than actually waiting for it to come back in stock after a period of time.

  It's definitely not insufficient quantity, or unavailable to Australians. "sold out" feels correct.
