These generators are used extensively around America (not sure the rebranding). Even at full price these are a great buy. Various sizes located on their website.
This one will run your caravan A/C and coffee machine without a sweat. Might be a little on the noise side when it cranks right up. If that doesn't scare the campers away maybe get the next size up.

If you are going to hook one of these up to your house (or any generator for that matter) for blackouts you should have a transfer switch installed. This isolated your house from the electricity network so when the power kicks in you don't potentially get smoke leaking out of your wiring or generator.
But it is only common courtesy to power the neighbours, as well as your own home.
You could just flip the main switch. Works fine until the day you forget :-)
Yeah or you kill a linesman working on repairs…..
2 Stroke generator would be even better for topping up green power. Neighbours will love you.
Sadly not enough power to run my house aircon, pool and 4 fridges.
