Yes, your only serious cooling option in this case is a top mounted 240 AIO (doesnt even have screw holes for a 280mm).
its only got two PCI slots in the back too so any triple slot cards are also out.

I have a gigabyte 6700xt which I didn't end up using . I am thinking of building a system and selling it off will this case be okay for that card?.

i've built in one of these - not bad for the money. not a huge amount of space on the GPU side (in any dimension) so your big boi 40 series cards are probably mostly out of the question.
