Yup. I prefer to use these to standard boxes of stock.
They're basically more expensive but far easier to use stock cubes from what I can tell. I always have a few around, great to dump into a risotto for some extra kick.

They were absolutely shelling these out at the Melbourne Royal Show a few weeks ago as well.
Yep the girl said fill your bag, as soon as she gets rid of them, she gets to go home. It's been years since they've been that genrous with samples.

I'm adding this photo to my "thumbs" folder.
Only had chicken flavour.. nothing veg.being that I am the only carnivore in the house I still took some to use one day😂
It makes a good base for a lentil soup. Something you can freeze and have individual serves for.
Anyone used these yet? I got them on sale the other week from woolies but have yet to try them out. Saving it for when I'm too lazy to make proper stock.
Speaking of stock, which brands have you tried and which are your go to?
Honestly I rate them, added a really solid chicken flavour to a curry I made the other day. Would be a good stock booster or gravy thinner imo
I use Campbells chicken stock for soup - I made a great chicken & corn soup Chinese style using this. It taste almost similar to restaurants

Basically add them to dishes without water if you want more intense stock flavour, otherwise dilute them as instructed to use as normal stock.
