Noticed this today in the Everyday Rewards app, available online as well.

On $150 of gift cards (the minimum) this should be 900 points ≈ $4.50. So only around 3% off (please double check my math on this).
Woolworths gift card sales are usually 5% and you can get them from Reward Gateway and other providers for 4% off, so I guess take this one if you can't access one of those right now.

Promotion runs from 09:01 AEDT 09/10/23 to 08:59 AEDT 23/10/23 (promotional period). The offer
can be enjoyed once only. Your bonus points can take up to 14 business days to be loaded onto
your Everyday Rewards Card after the end of the promotional period.

  If you have access to My NRMA blue (we got it for free), Woolworths is at 4% off, Big W 5% and Wish card is 3%.

  It's $154.5 of value for $150. Difference is 2.9%, which unfortunately is lower than the pretty common 4%. If it stacks though…. anyone want to try?

  Just FYI. Rewards app has stopped automatically using gift card at checkout so u have to manually choose that everytime which is a pain.

    Ahh, was wondering why it didn't use my gift card recently. What exactly do you have to do? After scanning the QR code, make sure gift card is selected in the app?

      If you scan the QR code you can not use the gift card. I even asked the staff to help but no joy. Now I scan the rewards card separately and then pay by selecting gift card and entering pin manually.

        Yeah, I don't think that's true, I've been using the gift cards for months with the QR code, that's one of the main selling points of Everyday Pay. Maybe it's just been a bit buggy recently…

          @webkit: It worked for me for first 3 times. It stopped working now. Can u confirm if urz still works also do u have aa cc added to ur rewards pay

            @maaz: I've used it dozens and dozens of times for months now, it only didn't work once or twice recently. I've had my CC added the entire time.

    I just checked my transactions and it definitely used my egift card tonight when I scanned the QR code to pay.

    Make sure you have the setting on to use them first. It’s in the top right in the wallet app. Maybe you turned that off?

  I just bought a Wish card via the Seniors portal at 5% off. Wishful thinking that the points also go through despite what it says lol

    I'm with you, but it's not going to happen. Every deal like this since about May this year has been subject to buying the card from a specific URL (which is not the URL used for seniors card purchase - at least not the Vic one)

    They have even removed the option to put your rewards card number in at the cart for the Vic senior card discount buy.

  I just tried to buy a $500 essentials egift card on the everyday rewards app and it failed saying to try again later, did that happen anyone else?

  I also couldn’t buy multiple as it needs to be in one transaction, any suggestions or is multiple only possible in store?

    Try purchasing them on the website instead. It's usually more reliable.

    You can only buy one gift at a time in the app. On the Woolworths Gift Cards website, you can buy up to five at a time. This offer isn't available in-store.

      I chased them up through the rewards app on the 11th, they wanted some screenshots and the gift card order number. They ended up giving all 2500 x 6 points (bought from the website not the app) but definitely leaves a sour taste that they don't automatically pay it even when everything is linked.
