I really like their designs, any personal reviews by someone here?

Audio and mic improved over the first gen. Microphones are pretty decent for calls but audio quality lacks for music compared to Samsung and Google buds. I prefer these over the Pixel Buds Pro and Samsung Buds 2 Pro for comfort though.

    • I still use the V1's every week - still going strong.
Great value - looking for an excuse to upgrade to these. Active noise cancellation on the V1's isn't amazing but does a decent job.

anecdotal but as someone on the receiving end from a colleague who uses this for calls/online-meetings - the user's voice often appears to sound more tinny-like than others headset/earbuds

So I’m now back on iPhone + AirPods, but spent a little while on Android and tried a few different pairs of recent earbuds - Pixel Buds Pro, Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and Nothing Ear (2).

Overall the Nothings were my favourite for comfort as well as having the pinch controls similar to AirPods Pros. It’s a much better way of control over the touch sensitive surfaces of the other 2, where it’s hard to adjust them in your ears without triggering a function.

The noise cancellation isn’t as good on the Nothings, like it’s fine… just not great

      • are you using airpods pro 1 or 2? i have both pro 1 and 2, Pro 1 sucked balls when it comes to NC

  • How dare these people say "call quality is great" on Bluetooth head/earphones? Is everyone deaf

When the ceiling is low, so is the bar.

Pretty much highest rating for Phone Calls by rtings for TW ANC Earbuds, hence "call quality is great".

      • Which makes it really weird.. And I am guessing it's just the case of what Kozhutki is saying.
If you compare the audio to WiFi or dongle based earphones like the JBL Quantum True Wireless, the difference is night and day..
For clarity, I am only talking about the HFP limitation that's slaughtering audio quality on calls via Bluetooth

        • Your observation is spot-on. Over the years, I've invested significantly in searching for the perfect Bluetooth headphones with impeccable call quality, only to be consistently disappointed. However, I suppose any incremental improvement is better than no progress, especially when options seem limited.

  • Wireless charging?

I love following nothing on Youtube. They are very transparent with their design, ideas and even margins. In this video they actively cop harsh, fair criticism on the chin and upgrade it with the review of an independent audiophile https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iPM_wMQ5Oe8 i love their culture

    • transparent with their design

      That's true!

      • LOL literally and figuratively

  • How's compare with Airpods 2nd gen?

  • any good for gaming? i'm currently using Pro 2 but Pro 2 doesnt have the ability to use Mic and Sound at the same time. how about this one?

  • Black is showing as $216 now
