France is not a nice place to go at the moment. Best to avoid bring back bedbugs.
You don't have to stay in France. You can easily get the Eurostar to Amsterdam, Brussels, London, or get a cheap flight anywhere in Europe.

Not a bad price, add about $160 to book direct with airline and avoid the dodgy OTAs. Obviously not the most direct route and a long layover but Europe next year isn't cheap so a good option for those trying to do it on a budget.

The Olympics are in Paris end of July and most of August.
Accommodation is very costly.
Yeah instead of the usual $600 a night for a half decent shoebox its $1k+ during Olympics.
Also similar prices (under $1600 booking direct with the airline) for Rome and London as Paris and also open jaws. But Sydney only.
