We are definitely not cheap and know we don't fit in everyones budget. We provide all our amazing customer around the world with the highest quality products that we actually manufacture in our 11,000sqft factory in Brisbane.
Not quite sure how you can make comments of being over priced when you're not a customer….. but , Going by your name alone (Trolling must be your day job 😉 ), we stand by our products and and invite you to try our grooming products. Then we'd love to hear your real feedback on them, instead of just trolling small businesses. Thanks for picking that up. We have amended this as we raised our prices for the first time in 10 years at the start of the year and forgot to update this. We know we don't fit in everyone's budget, but not sure how you can make the comments that we are a rip off when you've never used our products? All the best.
"Rip off" is in relationship to your raising the free shipping threshold against your published policy. Your business policies form the foundation of your business operation, but you disregarded your own policy at a whim. You claim it is an oversight, I claim you are negligent at best and deceptive at worst. Are you going to refund the shipping fee to your customers who made orders between $85 & $100?
Nothing of the sort has happened. We pride ourselves on being honest with our customers ( hence why we've been in business for 10 years!)
We encourage you to use wayback machine for our website to show your claims are false and with no merit.. … if you can handle being proved wrong on your accusations.
We would absolutely refund any amounts if we misrepresented an offer, as this would fall in line with our company values (in particular number 6. Doing the right thing - accept responsibility & accountability.) They are available for all our customers to see on our website.

Ok. Shipping policy stated $85 threshold before I pointed it out. Shipping policy states $100 threshold after your amendment. Which claims are false? This one? "You claim it is an oversight, I claim you are negligent at best and deceptive at worst." That is an opinion.
