Finally, a deal on a real HGFRTEE 18.5" FHD IPS 100Hz Freesync Portable Monitor!

  • been looking for touch 18.5" it's like they don't exist (at least at a reasonable price)

  • I've got the touch screen 15.6" FHD one bought from one of previous deals cheaper than this, still sitting in my drawer with no use. If anyone from Perth willing to buy it off me, by all means..

    • I might be keen mate. What are you chasing for it?

      • Can't PM you for some reason.. I think I paid around $140 for it.. PM me, will go from there

          • @npnp: Said I am in Brisbane. Missed the deal! Wondering your experience with that monitor.

            • @arst: Impulse buy never used it so I'm not probably the best person to ask.

@arst: I've been using a similar Zeuslap 15.6 touch monitor from Aliexpress with worse brightness specs 250cdm brightness compared to 400 here, and only 1080p vs 1200p, bought for about $200 12 months ago.

I use it to connect my ancient Galaxy S10 and use the monitor like a tablet in Samsung Dex mode. Works great. If you attach a slim 10,000 mah powerbank to the back of the monitor and plug it in using cheap right angle 180 degree adapters, you've got yourself a Android tablet basically.

The only downside about my one compared to these newer ones with better displays is the brightness levels. 250cdm brightness is unuseable outdoors. Go for the 400+ cdm brightness ones, it will make a huge difference, even though it wil cost a lot more for the 400+ cdm + touch combo panels.

              • @SeanConnery: As a matter of interest, how long does 10,000mAh power bank last? I'm guessing only a couple of hours being a 18.5" (15.6") screen ?

                • @Borg: No. It actually lasts far longer. Easy 6hrs+ using a 10,000mah power bank. This was from constant usage just watching youtube videos on the device.

                  • @SeanConnery: Thanks. Yeah I suppose being a 15.6 and lower brightness it stretches it a bit further. Nice one. Cheers
