Hey mates, hope you've all been well! I've been away on holiday recently so it's good to be back catching up with the community, and getting to jump back in during ShopBack Frenzy has been awesome.           I saw it too. There was a floating banner that had two columns of about 8-10 store icons that have upsized cash back deals on, which covered the whole front page of the ShopBack iOS app.

          The Pizza Hut icon had a small fine print that said “Per User”.

          That floating banner disappeared after a few seconds, before I could take a screenshot. I can’t seem to make that banner reappear again even after closing SB app.

          It’s not printed in the actual Deal’s terms and conditions though.

    @GYB can you please spell it out real simple for us. Can we put through multiple orders on the same shopback account and get up to $10 for EACH transaction. So one shopback account could end up with more than several 100% $10 orders tracked and approved?

      While I fully support BDS, Pizza Hut is a franchise business. Pizza Hut Israel is a completely separate company to Pizza Hut Australia, and the Head Office stepped in, apologised and forced them to remove it. It doesn't make much sense to boycott Pizza Hut Australia over that.

        Fill out the quick form, put in 100% cashback and submit it away. Mine was approved overnight last time.

          I haven’t done a transaction yet, and by the time they see a claim, the 100% CB offer from SB will probably have expired.

          Do you know if they would still honour it at 100% or whatever rate is applicable at the time they see the claim?

          Just putting this in here for future reference for others - I made a purchase and after the transaction approved, filled out the highest cashback guarantee form. They never emailed me back if it was a successful claim or not, but I can see in my account now it is a $10.04 pending amount (the extra 0.1% extra as part of their guarantee as I only spent $9.95).

          I took a screenshot of the promo from Shopback but there's no place to insert an attachment, but I guess if many people make a claim, they can see the trend (even if the guarantee was processed the next day/business day)
