Hey mates, hope you've all been well! I've been away on holiday recently so it's good to be back catching up with the community, and getting to jump back in during ShopBack Frenzy has been awesome.           @gotyourback what can be done if the cashback hasn't tracked and I didn't get a order confirmation from pizza hut. I only have a charge on my bank statement.

So Pizza Hut do have a 2 day tracking window so it may still track accordingly, however your best bet if you still have trouble is to reach out to Pizza Hut to get your order confirmation/tax invoice re-sent so that we can take a look.

      Mine tracked after about 1 hour. Just enough time to have gone to pick up the pizza, go home, eat, washed grubby hands and pick up phone to receive the tracking confirmation.

    Both hubby and I placed an order and they got tracked in 15 mins. :)

    It also stacks with the 50% bonus pizza hut challange, so we both got $9.95 + $4.97=$14.92 cashback. Amazing!

    Has not tracked for me 48hrs later though has worked in the past - website + cc. Might have been caught in a SB/PH system glitch early in tge deal. Will have to go through the claims process.

          It is noted for resolution by 24 November so nothing to report yet. The click was captured and I have the order and receipt so I trust that will be sufficient.

          I think I'll have to go through the app next time. I usually prefer the website and it usually works but this Pizza Hut link seems unreliable at times. I'm quite careful too - any time I sense an issue like an unscheduled page reload I go back to Shopback and start again just to be sure. And yet it still didn't pick it up automatically this time.

          If a problem occurs I will page gotyourback for assistance.

          I'll come back here to confirm. I always appreciate when people close the loop for the benefit of the community.

    @Gotyourback - this will be a test of your handle! I am a long-term ShopBack user and OZBargainer and have had nothing but trouble with Shopback including this latest offer which i took up but wasn't credited. I spent many hours in the past dealing with Shopback's poor customer service and finally things seemed to be happening as they should so I stopped spending time checking everything. Now, I've checked and found despite multiple purchases, not one has been credited since the end of April! This is a complete farce and will be interesting to see what you can do please?
