This is probably gamepass ultimate only (EA).
Also on EA for PC players (req gamepass ultimate).Correct me if I'm wrong

You just need PC Game pass if you don't have an xbox.

First game since I can remember that I completed then went straight back in to new game+ and finished again.

Played through it about two months ago, really good game. I would say it just very slightly over welcomes it's stay near the end, but a solid 9/10 experience having played the first many, many years ago.
How is it compared to Resident Evil 4 remake?
No idea, haven't played it. I've played RE4 probably like 3/4 times already so not particularly interested in playing it again.
I played both. I like dead space but at the same time I felt it dragged out a bit long. Loved resident evil 4 remake gonna do another play through when I get time

True. Quite literally feels like it overstays itself by 1 hour.

Set it to download before I went to work, gonna try it on PC but if the performance still isn't up to par will probably just play it on Xbox.

Just finished it. Excellent game. If you have played the recent Resident Evil remakes. I suggest putting the difficulty up all the way. Its a bit too easy on standard difficulty.
How many hours mate?
Clocked in just over 10 hours. I had no issues with ammo. 5 deaths total. I played on the Series X. If you played in PC with a mouse.I think the game would be way too easy on standard difficulty. As you could do more precise shots far easier. I missed a lot of shots. Ripper was the go to weapon for me.
Edit: I didn't really do any side missions.

Is there a way to fix the controller lag on Xbox? Unplayable at the moment.
I didn't notice any lag on series x yesterday, I was just amazed how responsive it is compared to the original version
Updated the controller , put the tv on game mode and tweaked the sensitivity. It’s better but still laggy. Maybe playing it via cloud does this? Dunno , had to get rid of it.
Cloud gaming always has high latency, its why I believe cloud gaming will never replace consoles and PC.
Try playing in performance mode (there's a toggle in display settings). I find the increased framerate helps the controls feel more smooth. You do sacrifice some graphical quality but the game still looks great imo.
