If you know a combo that works, and you can buy shopper now to exchange for woolies GC instantly why would you not do it…?

i saw this in my offers section in the mobile app… but suddenly all the offers disappeared.
Have tried to check out via directly entering card details and also Google Pay on both mobile and desktop but continually get a 'Your card has been declined' error after entering the SMS OTP code. Unfortunately have to revoke my upvote on this one. Seems to be an issue with Special as I also received this offer on another credit card but that card also declined.
can you get 2 x $10 if you have move then 1 citibank credit account/>? ie spot and a citibank credit card or is it only 1 bonus cash back for person not account?
