      I wouldn't purchase them if you intend to use them as Data Cables (at best they would be USB 2.0 Speed).
      
      They are charging cables first, data cable second (or not supported).

        @s12321: Yep, USB data transfer/display cables have extra circuitry and functionality, so they are 2-4x more expensive.

  The general rule is that if it's a cable designed mainly for charging, then the data transfer speed will generally be a maximum of 480Mbps (i.e. USB 2.0 speeds). High speed data/monitor cables (which can also do charging) cost much more than charging cables.
