The Target website shows limited stock availability in some stores, but I recommend visiting your store in person or calling to inquire about stock levels. I was at the Castle Hill store this afternoon and they had approximately 40 units available, even though the website showed limited stock.

  • Is it any good though

    • +4

It is what it is for $20.

I had one and broke the plastic parts after a year

      • My $100 Kenwood one wasn't much better. The plastic drive shaft broke

        • +2

Tbh it's probably the same thing at the end of the day

These kitchen tools are pretty throwaway

          • @coffeeinmyveins: True. Expected more from kenwood though. A plastic drive shaft??? Small piece of metal and they couldn't fund that??

    • Quality was about the same as the stick sold by Kmart. After all, they are under the same company.

      • BUT $32 @Kmart for same product, branded as Anko.

Bought one with OnePass free delivery. Available for delivery in WA 👍

I have the Bellini stick mixer set, but it's over 15 years old. So, even though this is certainly a different and newer model, I'd recommend. I paid $32 and think it was a bargain.

      over 15 years old
      I paid $32

Hats off to your memory! I can't remember how much I paid for an air fryer I bought last week.

      • +10

        You memory is air fried

  • I saw this at castle hill 2 days ago. There were heaps then

    • +1

Yeah they're landfill products that people either never use or break and bin

      • Yeah I never bought one. I have a Braun which is 15 years old still amazing.

        • +2

I was going to say further up (when someone mentioned their old Bellini) that Braun used to be known as having good stick blenders - but I'm not sure if that's still true today, or if they've plunged into the made in China sewer like everyone else.

better buy breville immersion blender (control grip or all in one) used from fb marketplace

  • Had 2. Both died after a few months unfortunately.

    • mines been going strong for 3 years.

      • I must have had bad luck!

        • +2

You probably used it for more than thirty seconds at a time and burnt the motor out

    • That one seems to have one less attachment? I'm not entirely sure.

  • Wish there was an easy way to swap out the motor in these. A DC motor and a speed controller would be the ideal upgrade

Buy this. When it dies in about 3 years go out to the garage, hacksaw off the top couple of cm of each piece, tighten them into the cordless drill everyone buys but rarely uses.

Now if only the cordless battery still worked.

  • Forgive my newbness, is this sane thing as food processor?

    • A food processor is like a heavy duty blender for veges and stuff ,
Where this is probably best for mixing cocktails n such .

    • For over a decade, I've used…
Stick mixer to puree soft cooked soups, to make them creamy. Or blend softer ingredients.
Food processor for chopping & combining hard vegies to go in those soups. Or chopped with knife.

In a 1 star review, person somehow broke this stick mixer when chopping hard chocolate.

My old basic stick mixer shaft failed after over a decade of use. Was free used from from friend, no attachments. Missed it when stopped working.

      Bought this today as replacement.

  • Under powered at 400W I think. The Ambiano Professional Stick Mixer from Aldi with 3yr warranty that we bought is rated at 800W, but price was $49 though.
