Hi Ozbargainers,

I've returned to Oz after attending a study tour last week, which was literally the Ozbargainers dream of all costs paid plus unlimited food and drink while getting paid (before anyone gets too upset - this was not related to the Pharma business).     Can someone explain the product lines? Sometimes I found hayfexo doesn't work properly and I always be sneezing all day.

    When Panamax @ Chemist Warehouse hits 69c as part of their changes in price cycle, that's the deal to go for :-)

      Not really a change in their price cycle, I believe they may receive this item for $0 as part of a bonus stock arrangement with Sanofi - they collect thousands of pallets of the item then slam it out at far less than cost to break small businesses near them. All power to them as all if fair in business, but its not really part of any price cycle I am aware of.

      We have 2x CW within a 1-2 Km of our store (both stores within the same shopping complex), do they do this so either of their stores makes any money - most likely not, they do this try and make the independent pharmacies in the area go broke by swarming around us and consuming >90% of all available trade.

        Ahh interesting. I just know that those prices don't come around too often so I assumed it was a quarterly price cycle deal, but your take makes sense. I assume their methodology isn't unlike Colesworth. Throw a bunch of items under cost, additional foot traffic walks through the door and they just wait for customers to buy more things while they're in there.

    I have terrible sinuses with severe headache all across. Can someone please suggest me which is the best medicine above that can treat the allergies and sinuses well. Thanks

      Nasonex spray twice a day. No prescription needed any more. Sinus pressure causes the headaches, so if yours are blocked, the spray will help. That or a saline solution.

      Short of that, and if you're still not seeing any positive results, I suggest seeing your GP about a referral to an ENT.

      And just like the usual "not financial advice" tagline: not medical advice. :-) Just some suggestions from someone who's been dealing with the same thing for two decades.
