Found in the Rewards & Offers section of the Westpac App. Most likely targeted from previous offers.

Note the different offer expiry dates:

• Special Gift Cards - 10% cashback (up to $10) when you spend $1 or more. Expires 19/11/2023.
• Dan Murphy's - $10 cashback when you spend $100 or more. Expires 26/11/2023.
• The Good Guys - $10 cashback when you spend $100 or more. Expires 3/12/2023.

All are limited to 1 use per customer.

      You used to be able to, but Special blocked MCC 5411 (the merchant category code used by Coles, Woolworths, ALDI) on Super Shopper gift cards about a year ago. My suspicion was that Special was fed up of people using their gift cards to purchase more gift cards at supermarkets.

      Special sells a gift card that can be used at Woolworths, but that is basically a prepaid Mastercard gift card that only works instore at Woolworths or on Woolworths Online. If you want to use it instore, you need to store it as a payment card on Apple Pay or Google Wallet first, then use it from there.
