  Maybe don't get this one due to false promises with the update, and maybe not the latest one as well. Better off with another brand.

      yes agree my WF1000xm4 and sony only would fix with a receipt which I didn't have, these are the new ones from this year.

        WTF. that's pretty rude. They could easily tell build date from your serial number. I'm trying to get my replaced but it's almost 2 yrs old so we'll see what happens. Really love the noise cancelling but inclined to go something else.
