Contacted support as paramount plus isn't working on my fire tv. Was told engineers were working on it. Asked for estimates date to fix, as I'm paying for a service i can't use, got the same generic response about 5+ times, very poor support from paramount plus.

Binge is better than foxtel even though it is essentially the same thing you even get the same live channels on binge and more than half the price than foxtel.

Damn. I'm a current subscriber who has cancelled but the subscription is due to end later this month and when I entered the code it said it was not valid.

Be careful, just signed up for this and they have charged me full price. Buttons seemed a bit dodgy on their site but I put in the code and it reduced price from 9.99 to 4.99 so I though ok. But the email they sent said I was charged 9.99 and sure enough the credit card shows the same. Their support is completely useless, eventually found a link to a contact page which came up as a 404 error.
Same happened to me. Followed a link from an ad, said I'll be charge 4.99, check my statement and they charged me 9,99 and no reference anywhere to the 50% off
I emailed them; they emailed back quite fast and asked for a screenshot of the offer….
The thieves did the same to me. False advertising rippoff

I replied saying I had no screen shots, and that the "price charged" when checking out even said $4.99, which I also don't have screenshots of.
They replied saying they'll refund me $5 and will honour the 3 months at $4.99

Pays to argue the point. Trivial amount but it is point of allowing companies to rip you off that counts.

go back into your account settings and apply the promo code again - it should now appear under subscription & billing in the discount category "50% off for 3 months"
i had a similar problem, screen shot on re-activation showing $4.99 but billed differently.
I got the $5.00 deal for the first month just now. Had a look through their content for 10min, and couldn't find one thing I'd watch. Cancelled membership - I still get this month.
